Our last night with the trip and we all cut back a bit.

Workout
30-minutes on the treadmill, running.
I didn't want to do anything at all this morning but I realized that there was NO WAY I could do anything on Thursday so I had to do something today. Thursday I'm leaving the hotel at 6AM to observe a training exercise, I put in a full day of work, catch a 4:30PM flight and get home at 9:30PM. So, you know, I didn't want to have two days of nothing.
