Day 41
It's slowly coming together - yesterday was non-stop. I need to get all of my receipts together and most of them are in my car. I was in AC today, locked in a hotel room and working on a Sam Cooke graphic novel with Chris Stevens.
All-in-all, a failure of a day as far as this blog goes. But, honestly, we got a fantastic opening and a PERFECT ending.

4 - Drinks for the ride: $5.23
5 - Liquor store: $33.66
6 - Lunch: $6.72
7 - Hotel: $86.95
8 - Food stuffs/supplies: $13.70
Food
1 - Half of a pumpkin muffin and some skim milk for my coffee

Ok, you've reeled me in. I was intrigued by your comments from Day 37 about buying the Sam Cooke DVD, but hadn't responded. However, as Sam's great-nephew and the author of "Our Uncle Sam: The Sam Cooke Story From His Family's Perspective" (www.ourunclesam.com), I've got to know more about the Sam Cooke novel you're working on. By all means, let me know if I can help.
