Day 40
A big eating day but tomorrow should be standard as I'll be locked in a house writing pretty much all day and all night. But I should point out that I still ate relatively well.

Food
1 - A bowl of Cheerios with skim milk
2 - Some skim milk for my coffee
3 - Hazelnuts and dried blueberries
4 - Roast beef, turkey, and cranberry chutney on whole wheat bread and a small piece of birthday cake
5 - Cashews
6 - One small garlic knot
7 - A vodka cran
8 - 6oz fillet mignon, two king crab legs, mashed potatoes, asparagus, and carrots. I also had a bite of Robin's swordfish and one of her roasted potatoes. Two bottles of Bud Light.
9 - Creme' brulee and some milk for my coffee. I also had a bite of Robin's apple pie.

It was actually $120.55 but I had a $50 gift card. Robin and I like to go to McCormick & Schmick's once a year or so, hence the gift card. Of course, $50 doesn't get you very far there.

The cake was good and I regret nothing. Actually, not true...I regret not eating a bigger piece.

This is the ninth day of this month and I've had 10 servings of alcohol - I'm doing a good job of tracking one serving per day. I'll probably shoot ahead a little bit tomorrow but won't be drinking Sunday or through next week, most likely. I'll be nice and even going into Thanksgiving.

My meal came with a small thing of delicious creme brulee.
