Day 37

Finances
1 - Sam Cooke DVD: $19.99
I needed it for a little writing retreat this weekend.


Food
1 - 2 scrambled eggs, provolone, butter, ketchup, and a half-cup of skim milk
2 - Skim milk for coffee
3 - Roast beef, provolone, and cranberry chutney on whole grain bread.
4 - Cup of unsweetened apple sauce
5 - Hazelnuts and dried cranberries
6 - One chicken cutlet (light breading and Parmesan cheese), some pasta, tomato sauce
7 - Whole grain bread and a tablespoon of peanut butter

Workout
1 - 30 minutes of interval training on elliptical machine
2 - Superset: Bench press (2 sets of 10 with 105 lbs and 1 set of 8 with 105 lbs) and potato-sack squats (3 sets of 12 with 50 lbs)
3 - Superset: Dumbbell shoulder press (3 sets of 10 with 60 lbs) and shoulder lifts (3 sets of 10 with 50 lbs)
4 - Superset: Dumbbell flies (3 sets of 10 with 60 lbs) and curls (3 sets of 5 with 30 lbs for each arm)
