1 - Shredded wheat, skim milk, and a banana
2 - Almonds, Brazil nuts, and dried cranberries
3 - Roast beef, provolone, cranberry chutney, on whole grain bread
4 - A banana
5 - London broil (with olive oil and steak sauce), baked beans, and a small piece of cheese bread
6 - Some more cheese bread.
Workout
100 push ups
I didn't spend any money today.

I did 20 push ups during each commercial break while watching Heroes - a case against Tivo, right there.
