Day 34

Parents in town - I think I made some healthier choices today. I should point out that I weighed din at 222 this morning. Not sure how, but I'm a total of 12 pounds down so far, five so far this week.

Finances
1 - Two coffees: $3
2 - Sunday paper: $1.65
3 - Hot chocolates: $3.50

Food
1 - Pumpernickel bagel and butter
2 - Baked onion rings and a sandwich (roast beef, crab meat, brie cheese, and cilantro mayo on a pita). I also had four of Robin's fries.
3 - Hot chocolate
4 - Four pieces of crispini with humus.
5 - One bottle of Two Hearted Ale
6 - Eight grilled chicken wings (four hot and four honey BBQ) and a half-bowl of chili with some sour cream
I'd call this my nasty meal of the week. At least I didn't eat until I was sick, I left a good amount on the plate.


Workout
1 - 15-minute interval training on elliptical machine
2 - Superset: Bench press (3 sets of 10 with 105 lbs) and yoga ball crunches (3 sets of 50 with a 25 pound plate on my chest)
3 - Superset: Curls (3 sets of 8 with 55 lbs), tricep pull-downs (3 sets of 10 with 75 lbs), and tricep pull-downs, overhead grip (3 sets of 10 with 75 lbs)
4 - Crunches (3 sets of 10 with 20 lbs of resistance)
I don't think the machine was oiled up right...I was having a really hard time getting these done.
