Day 4
Man. I took a break from the workout today. Coupling that with dinner out makes it look like a complete breakdown. I guess it was a complete breakdown. And only four days in!
Finances
1 - Dinner at Cafe Asia: $38.43
Food
1 - Cheerios, skim milk, vegetable juice
2 - Half-cup of white grape juice
3 - Handful of mixed nuts and dried fruit
4 - Sandwich: Roast beef, provolone, Seeduction bread, and light mayo.
5 - Handful of wasabi peas
6 - A little bit of coffee mate with my coffee
7 - 6 pieces of nigiri (2 salmon, 2 tuna, 1 eel, 1 mackerel), spicy tuna roll, some of Robin's chicken pad Thai, and two pints of Miller Light.
8 - Small serving of light popcorn.

No workout today.

Three days in a row is good (actually, five, since I went Saturday and Sunday as well). I plan on going tomorrow and Sunday.

Drink more water. You'll be amazed at how much easier working out becomes.
