2 - Superset: Bench press (3 sets of 10 with 95 lbs) and yoga-ball crunches (3 sets of 50)
3 - Superset: Pectoral flies (3 sets of 10 with 105 lbs) and dorsal flies (3 sets of 10 with 105 lbs)
4 - Tricep pull-downs (1 set of 10 with 60 lbs)
5 - Rows (1 set of 10 with 80 lbs)
6 - Dorsal pull-downs (1 set of 10 with 80 lbs)
