Either my cell phone or my battery died while I was in LA. Since my cell phone is also my PDA I'd rather try the battery first and get another year out of it before springing several hundred dollars for a new phone when I only had this one for under two years.

I also had a bite of Robin's chicken parmesan sandwich. It was real good.

Workout
No workout.
I'll go tomorrow and Saturday, most likely. In the future I'm going to force myself to do pushups and crunches daily just to make sure I do something active.

1 Comments:
Pushups and crunches are the best because you can do them at home, they don't take THAT long, but they're great for you.
Also good? Super monkeys, or "jump squats", where you drop down to touch the floor then jump up as high as you can. Just try doing 20 of those and you'll be jelly.
